About Unbelievable Software

Unbelievable Software is a technology company founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2022 by Bartłomiej Różycki. It builds custom software designed to stay reliable as businesses grow, takes repetitive work off their teams with AI and automation, and helps them win customers through Google Ads and digital marketing. It also carries out independent architecture and reliability audits of existing systems. The company is founder-led.

How the company started

Unbelievable Software was founded in Warsaw in 2022. Today it works in three areas: custom software and systems engineering, AI and business automation, and digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads.

Every engagement starts the same way: find out what is happening, then change what is worth changing. For a system, that means understanding how it behaves when something fails; for a process, mapping how it runs today; for a Google Ads account, checking what it records.

The person who scopes your work stays involved while it is done, and larger projects are staffed for that project once scope and schedule are agreed.

The founder

Bartłomiej is a software engineer with deep experience in backend and distributed systems, gained in fintech and e-commerce, where reliability and fault tolerance are part of everyday work. That background shapes how the company approaches engineering: first understand how a system behaves when things go wrong, then build or change it so that it copes.

The Architecture & Reliability Audit draws on this experience in distributed systems, reliability and fault tolerance.

Outside the company, he founded Ghostviber and created the RelPrim library; both are his personal projects, separate from Unbelievable Software.

How the work is delivered

  1. Work is led by the founder. Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics are run with an established specialist partner under our management: an independent subcontractor, not a member of staff. We build landing pages and handle the technical side of tracking ourselves.

  2. Larger software projects are staffed for each project, after we have checked that the people, the schedule, security and the payment stages are realistic for the scope. There is no ready-made large team waiting to start.
