What happens after you get in touch

We read your message and reply by email, usually with a few questions or a suggestion for a call. If it looks like we can help, we arrange a first conversation to understand your situation properly. For larger pieces of work we suggest a scoped first step, such as a process assessment or an audit, before quoting for the whole project. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you, and where we can, we'll suggest what kind of help would suit you better.
